1. Main Working Principle: This product applies fluid dynamics theory, practicing the relationship between "turbulent flow and laminar flow" to enable the oil-water separation function in the flow of oil-containing liquids. Through ingenious design of the internal structure, it ensures that, under non-powered conditions, when oil-containing wastewater flows continuously and synchronously (at the same speed as water, i.e., relative turbulent flow) through the special device of this product, oil droplets utilize the kinetic energy of the high-speed flow to continuously collide, grow from small to large, and accelerate movement, thereby achieving the separation, stratification, and differentiation of oil and water with different specific gravities, ultimately realizing the purpose of oil-water separation.

Made entirely of stainless steel, it is aesthetically pleasing, practical, high-strength, long-lasting, compact, small in size, fast in oil-water separation, high in separation precision, and easy to install and use. It is widely applied in hotels, restaurants, eateries, and canteen kitchens for oil-containing wastewater treatment. Installation methods and considerations:
It can be installed on the ground, semi-underground, or fully underground. Depending on the actual site conditions, simply connect the inlet and outlet pipes for use. If site conditions permit, it is recommended to add valves at both the inlet and outlet for easier operation and control of water flow.
The grease interceptor is equipped with a stainless steel filter basket, which provides excellent grating functionality. When food residues, debris, and other suspended solids enter the grease trap, they can be effectively intercepted. Simply pull out the filter basket periodically for cleaning. If, over time, excessive solidified grease clogs the mesh holes, remove the filter basket, rinse it with hot water to unclog the holes, and reinsert it. Generally, clean every 3–5 days or as needed based on actual conditions.
Depending on usage, if the surface layer of grease in the grease trap exceeds 5 cm in thickness, the waste oil should be cleaned. If valves are installed at the inlet and outlet, the following method can be used: When cleaning waste oil, temporarily close the outlet valve and open the inlet valve to continue water inflow, raising the oil surface level to allow the oil layer to naturally overflow into the oil discharge channel. When the oil layer thins to about 1 cm, open the drainage valve to discharge water and restore the original water level in the tank. Alternatively, open the cover plate and use a scraper to directly remove the grease into the grease collection channel for cleaning.
